Last week, we started our in person DISC program Singapore. For Singapore Tourism Board, we conducted a half day training session that involved DISC personality traits and Team building. 35 participants in all attended this program. They received a detailed 17 pages DISC report and got to understand what it takes to have a diverse team. We achieved a critical break through here because every participant was open to sharing their DISC profiles with their teams. Our DISC programs are well evaluated by participants in Singapore and Asia. Teams are tasked to collaborate and problem solve in our experiential learning activities. Hence concepts key to DISC personality traits are learnt experientially.
Engaging the participants
Our lead facilitator Ebnu, engages our participants very well. Our programs are delivered with you in mind, making sure concepts and definitions are understood and applied. Ebnu Etheris is an accomplished Toastmaster. His approach towards delivering a training session is peppered with use of visual words, story telling and light humour, to keep the participants engaged.
DISC program take aways
- To leave their comfort zone, to acquire skills in the other quadrants
To find complementary DISC roles in others to work better in teams
Conflicts are fine, to avoid group think
To leave their comfort zone, to acquire skills in the other DISC quadrants
DISC can change over time, when situations changes
DISC program Singapore gallery walk
We ensure teams are given assurance that DISC profiles are not cast in stone. All profiles are awesome profiles and it will help the teams more if they are open enough to share their profiles with others in their departments. Critically we were able to achieve this through a gallery walk, that showcased the profiles of the participants. The gallery walk that you see here became the high point for all the participants. As they reveal their profiles and got to know the profiles of others in the team.
Our programs are impactful and engaging. We ensure they are developed to meet the needs of your organisations and your participants. For your next program on strategy, people development and team performance, do get in touch with us at here.
