Teamworkbound was invited by Cert India, to share our approach in conducting Belbin Team roles program. This interactive Belbin webinar session was conducted for India Based Belbin Certified Facilitators. We shared the approach we took with our programs using experiential learning methodologies. In the 3rd quater this year we are starting a 3 days Train the trainer program, that will equip you with skills to redesign your curriculums using an experiential approach. He was responsible for developing the airline’s Crisis planning systems and initiating blended learning in Flight operations. He works as a Partner with Teamworkbound.
