The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team
This program is offered in one-day and three day versions. Either way, we will cement, understanding and application of the model of five behaviours as an OD intervention. Here you will build managerial capabilities to not just manage a team, you start to lead them. Build on the interventions shared by Patrick Lencioni, who wrote the book, the 5 Dysfunctions in a Team.

This program is designed to be fast, practical and relevant
- Fast: The one program can be completed in 6.5 hrs, it is going to feel fast for everyone. It is designed to grab participants attention and focus on the key issues where the team needs work. We will be able to cover all 5 behaviours.
- Practical: The experience should be real for each team, we will ensure that the participants will walk away with ideas that are immediately applicable for how they can work better together
- Relevant: The program focuses on the Team’s challenges and projects, so it will feel less likely like “Time away from work” and more like a session devoted to things that really make a difference

The 5 Behaviours model:
- Trust one another – When team members are genuinely transparent and honest with one another, they are able to build vulnerability trust
- Engage in Conflict – Around ideas. When there is trust, team members are able to engage in unflitered, constructive debate of ideas
- Commit to decisions – When team members are able to offer opinions and debate ideas, they will be more likely to commit to decisions
- Hold one another Accountable – When everyone is committed to a clear plan of action, they will be more likely to hold one another accountable
- Focus on achieving Collective Results – The ultimate goal of building greater trust, conflict, commitment, and accountability is one thing, the achievement of result.
