We developed 2 programs for JTI, targeting their Managers and Executives. We spent close to 2 months developing the contents, booklets, and materials. 6 days of stand up sessions for 2 specific sessions, Managers as Developers and Speak up and be heard. Both programs were developed from scratch. Our approach towards developing content is centred on instructional design framework and use of experiential learning methods to engage the learners. It was worth our efforts to get this note from our client.
